• Baseline comprehensive hormone lab panel which includes CBC, CMP, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone free and total, FSH/LH, prolactin, TSH with reflex to T4, hemoglobin A1C, lipid panel, cortisol, DHEA-S, ferritin, fasting insulin.
• Review and interpretation of labs with follow up visit
• Follow-up labs at 3 months
• Medication initiation and titration with prescriptions sent to local pharmacy. Client is responsible for costs of medication at pickup at pharmacy.
• Includes compounded testosterone if clinically indicated.

Elite Menopause & Longevity—the works ($2,500 for 6 months paid in full, or $475/month for 6 months)

• Baseline comprehensive lab panel that includes all of the labs in the Comprehensive package plus Vitamin B12, Vitamin B12, iron, total iron binding capacity, IGF-1, thyroid antibodies including TPO antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies, hs-CRP
• Review and interpretation of labs with follow up visit
• Follow up labs at 3 months and 6 months
• Medication initiation and titration with prescriptions sent to local pharmacy. Client is responsible for costs of medication at pickup at pharmacy.
• Includes compounded testosterone if clinically indicated.
• Includes optional integration of peptide for longevity, weight loss, increasing muscle mass, or to improve sexual function (examples: NAD+, glutathione, GLPs, sermorelin, PT-141).

 After completing one of the packages above, care transitions to a month-to-month membership.

Perimenopause and menopause care often require a more nuanced approach at the start of treatment. During the first 3–6 months, symptoms and medications typically need closer monitoring and adjustment. For this reason, we offer specialized 3- and 6-month care packages to support this optimization phase.

Once your symptoms and treatment plan are stable, you may transition to a month-to-month membership. Follow-up lab testing is not included in the monthly membership and typically costs approximately $120 every 3–6 months. After stability is achieved, labs are generally monitored every 6–12 months.

Below are the most common monthly membership types:

1) $110/month: medications sent to local pharmacy; client is responsible for cost of medication at pickup at pharmacy. Includes monthly telehealth visits if the client desires, as well as ongoing support through the patient portal. 

2) $175/month: compounded testosterone injectable or cream, or other types of compounded creams such as estradiol. 3) $200/month: medications sent to local pharmacy plus compounded testosterone injectable or compounded cream. Includes monthly telehealth visits if the client desires, as well as ongoing support through the patient portal. 

Because every client's situation is different, it is impossible to list all of the combinations of products and prices. The above prices reflect the most common scenarios, but your individual care plan may be differently priced. Your nurse practitioner will discuss all costs associated with treatment before any products are ordered.
