Peri/Menopause Essentials—$110/month

• Medication initiation and titration with prescriptions sent to local pharmacy of choice (examples include but not limited to estradiol patch or cream, oral progesterone, vaginal estradiol). Client is responsible for cost of medications at pickup at pharmacy.
• Full symptom and lifestyle assessment
• Individualized lifestyle plan
• Monthly telehealth visit follow ups with our Nurse Practitioner/Menopause Society Certified Practitioner 
• Unlimited secure messaging with provider all throughout the month 
• Lots of support, encouragement, and guidance!

Comprehensive Peri/Menopause Optimization--$175/month

• Includes everything above in the Essentials package plus testosterone injectable or cream.

Elite Menopause & Longevity—$375/month 

• Includes everything above in Essentials + Comprehensive package plus optional peptide integration. This can include semaglutide, sermorelin, PT-141, oxytocin, or others (tirzepatide is an additional $100/month for doses up to and including 7.5mg/week, and $150/month for doses above 7.5mg/week).

Because every client's situation is different, it is impossible to list all of the combinations of products and prices. The above prices reflect the most common scenarios, but your individual care plan may be differently priced. Your nurse practitioner will discuss all costs associated with treatment before any products are ordered. 

Follow up labs are not included in the price of the monthly memberships. Labs are typically recommended every 8-12 weeks until symptoms and hormone levels are stabilized (more often if indicated).
